Ludacris is working with Leslie Brathwaite having songs mixed at PatchWerk Studios. Ludacris’ Battle of the Sexes is the upcoming collaboration album between Ludacris & Shawnna. It will be the seventh studio album released by Ludacris and the third released by Shawnna. The album is set to be released in Summer 2009. Ludaversal, Luda’s solo project, is also slated for a 2009 Release.
Soulja Boy was having songs mixed by Leslie Brathwaite assisted my Michael Miller this past August at PatchWerk Studios. “The DeAndre Way” is the rapper's upcoming third studio album. Soulja Boy has stated that the album is intended to be his most personal and successful album thus far. When speaking on possible collaborations, he stated he wished to work with artists such as Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, and Kanye West among others.
R.L., better known as R.L. from popular 90’s R&B group Next , was in 9000 for several days having songs mixed for his second solo album, by engineer Leslie Brathwaite assisted by Michael Miller. R.L. revealed that Next’s new album would be entitled Sex Toy. The title has since been changed to Next, Lies, & Videotape.
Other sessions in 9000 included those for Khalil (E.Hudson/K.Anders), Magic Massey (L.Brathwaite), Huey (L. Brathwaite), Bones (M. Wilson), Playaz Circle (L. Brathwaite), Gucci Mane (L. Brathwaite) and OJ Da Juiceman (L. Brathwaite).

R&B singer, songwriter, and music producer Mario Winans was in PatchWerk for several days this past July working with PatchWerk engineer Mike Wilson. Winans' 3rd studio album is said to be titled "Love's Highway". The album is slated for a September/October 2009 release and will include featured guests 'The Game' and 'Diddy'.
Eric Hudson as well as KP & Malay of Ghet-O-Vision brought Def Jam artists Khalil and Karina to work on writing, tracking, and vocals. PatchWerk engineer Kori Anders engineered all sessions for Karina, while Mike Wilson worked on sessions for Khalil.
Captiol Records’ recording artists Big Heed and Alien (recently featured on 106 and Park as the Parks House Band) were also in PatchWerk this past August. The studio was buzzing with producer hopefuls trying to win production spots on some of Heed and Alien’s upcoming projects.
