Some may think it's common sense but there is a typical form when writing formal Cd credits. Presentation is everything...let people know that you are serious about your project by investing time in making sure your presentation is flawless!
Here's a very popular form:
Title:
(Feat. Artist(s))
Credits:
Writer(s) -1st name initial and last name separated by commas
Publishing company(s) -all writer publishing companies listed with PRO's in parentheses
Producer & Production Company- (i.e.-"Produced by Toomp for Zone Boy Productions", "Produced by Christoopher "drumma Boy" Gholson for Drum Squad Productions)
Recorded By -Tracking Engineer, name of Recording Studio(s) and city, state
Instrumentation Credits
Mixed by -Engineer and Name of Recording Studio(s) and city, state
Other Credits -Production Coordination, Sample Credits, Cross Label Courtesy's (i.e. Justin Timberlake Appears Courtesy of), etc.
