7. Ron Fair- From Cali based A&M records, Fair is the one most reliable for the likes of Pussycat Dolls and Keisha Cole.

8. Jason Flom- Capitol Records has held him as a successor for bands like Matchbox 20, Corrs, and Kate Perry

9. Tyran Smith- Def Jam's Heavyweight has held the spotlight for Ne-yo.

10. Scott Borchetta- For Taylor Swift's shine, Big House Records has this man to thank!
